Since December 2011 Launch, "Cyboars" On-Demand Views Have Surpassed 500,000

LOS ANGELES, February 7, 2012 - Kabillion®, the Emmy® Award-winning digital kids' entertainment network, announced today that its newest series, "Cyboars," the CGI action comedy series from Cyboars International, has become the fastest-growing series on the network, according to Deb Pierson, Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Kabillion. The five-episode miniseries which debuted on Kabillion in late December 2011 has seen its number of views grow exponentially in the past six weeks, with free on-demand downloads now exceeding 500,000 nationwide.

"The growth in downloaded views of this series has been unprecedented," said Pierson. "Typically, our viewers will sample new shows within the first few weeks of debut and they will develop a loyal audience. In this case, it is clear that kids are enjoying the show and spreading the word because the downloads continue to grow almost three months later and we just passed 500,000 views on our free on-demand service."

"Kabillion has a great platform for launching new series and building a dedicated viewer base, so we are very pleased with the early results," said Ken Smith, creator of "Cyboars." "We knew boys ages 6-to-14 were clamoring for a property like this and it's great to see them finding the
show and enjoying it with their friends."

Kabillion Free TV On Demand is currently available to over 40 million digital cable television subscribers, comprising 90% of the top 25 TV markets, projected to reach more than 50 million by 2012.

About "Cyboars"
"Cyboars" is the CGI-animated story of six pig-like humanoids and rebel fighters, the Wild Pack, who came to Earth from another galaxy. After crash-landing on our planet, the Cyboars are "rebuilt" with super-powered bionic parts using a mix of science from Earth and their home planet, Stygor. However, before they have a chance to return home, the Cyboars are tracked down by their arch enemies, the Renegades, who want to steal the bionic technology and use it to rule Stygor and the Earth. Now the Cyboars must protect their new planet from the Renegades and find a way home before their enemies do, as the new technology will either
liberate Stygor, or permanently enslave it.

The series is produced by Cyboars International, LLC, which was formed in 2009 to produce, distribute and license the new action comedy animation brand. Based in Olive Branch, Mississippi, Cyboars International is managed by the series creator, Ken Smith. The show is distributed worldwide by Evergreen Entertainment, Ltd.
